Responsibilities
* Keep turbines in good shape, fix them, and figure out what’s wrong, all while working with a team.
* Do safety checks and stick to all the Vestas safety rules.

Qualifications
* 6+ months with a Wind Technician certificate, OR
* 1+ year of wind turbine experience, OR
* 2+ years doing mechanical or electrical work, OR
* Good at solving problems and working with others.
* Okay with heights and working outside in all kinds of weather.
* Need a high school diploma (or GED).
* Must have a valid driver’s license and be allowed to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements
* Be able to climb 60–100 meters (that’s high!) and work up there.
* Lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to stand or walk a lot.
* Pass safety checks and physical tests.
