Maintenance and Service: Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems on wind turbines.

Record Keeping / Other : Complete and accurate record keeping such as:any maintenance done to the equipment, repairs, performance data, equipment checks, vehicle checks, monitoring fuels, two-week etc.
Climbing: Scaling the tower to inspect, diagnose, and fix parts. This does involve special climbing techniques and equipment.
Component repairs: Replacement or repair of wind turbine parts that have worn out or been damaged.
Educational Requirements For the Wind Tech Jobs
Education: High school graduate or GED is mandatory. Prior social media/content management experience an associate’s degree in a related field is a plus. Equivalent mixture of education and experience will also be considered ( eg military, trades).
