Role Summary: Vestas Australia Jobs

This fulltime position is based at Lal Lal Wind Farm, near Yendon VIC. You will be part of a small team of site service technicians responsible for safe maintenance and servicing of state-of-the-art onshore wind turbines.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Effecting planned and reactive maintenance on wind turbines

Contribute to the on call roster for emergency works

Open and close High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems

Comply with OH&S and Environmental legislation

Keep up with the site tools, vehicles, and equipment

Attend toolbox meetings, induction safety etc.

Help maintain a clean and safe work environment

Freshers Wind Turbine Technician Qualifications & Skills A must.

📜 Minimum Requirements:

Australian recognised trade certificate in an electrical trade

A current valid * and unrestricted Australian driving licence.

The right to live and work in Australia

💡 Preferred Skills:

Experience with residential, commercial or industrial electrical systems

Familiar with PLC/SCADA system applications

Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Good communication and team skills.

Must understanding reading and interpreting technical drawings
